Audit firms are progressively shifting their engagement files to the cloud.

According to Caseware’s 2024 State of Accounting Firms Survey, which gathered insights from more than 2,000 accounting professionals worldwide, found most firms are adopting cloud-based tools for engagement management. Nearly 40 percent of respondents said they had already adopted cloud-based tools to manage their engagements, while another 48 percent indicated plans to transition to the cloud within the next two years.

As the pace of business is accelerates and client expectations of their audit firms are higher than ever. Cloud-based solutions help firms remain competitive, deliver better service to clients, attract new talent, and pave the way to adopt new technologies in the future.
