David Osborne is a seasoned software and technology business leader with more than 20 years of experience in global operations, business strategy, corporate development, and M&A. He has a track record of helping diverse software companies successfully grow, scale, and operationalize their businesses and build enterprise value. Prior to joining Caseware in 2021, he held various executive leadership roles, most recently as CEO of Virgin Pulse, the world’s largest digital health and wellbeing SaaS provider.
Judges noted Osborne’s influence on Caseware’s product innovation as a contributing factor in its growing market position, as well as the organization’s continued global growth. Additionally, Osborne was commended for the successful May 2024 launch of Caseware AiDA, the company’s AI-powered digital assistant for the accounting profession.
