AICPA and CPA.com Expand OnPoint A&A Suite

We are proud to announce that the American Institute of CPAs and its subsidiary, CPA.com, have begun an OnPoint suite expansion built on the Caseware Cloud platform. The expansion involves adding three separate solutions – OnPoint Collaborate, OnPoint AnaltyicsAI, and OnPoint EBP – to the OnPoint A&A Suite. These three solutions were chosen with three goals top of mind – improving efficiency, building trust and delivering greater insights to clients.

Two of the new OnPoint applications are currently available:

• OnPoint Collaborate: A robust firm and client collaboration solution that simplifies the “provided by client” (PBC) document collection process. This eliminates the need for less-secure email communications when exchanging information.
• OnPoint AnalyticsAI: A customizable tool that automates data acquisition and uses artificial intelligence to better identify anomalies and risk across entire data sets. The results drive powerful insights for auditors since multiple tests can be run on transactions automatically, and the type of tests can be configured based on the type of review.

In the near future, the OnPoint A&A Suite will include OnPoint EBP, a module for employee benefit plan audits performed under ERISA Section 103(a)(3)(C).
